Funeral services in Las Trincheras

In Las Trincheras almost every call we receive is a collection at the home itself, often in the small hours, or at care homes in the neighbourhood. You call, give us the building and the floor, and from that moment you do not have to move: we come up, collect your relative with the greatest care and transfer them to the Sol de Portocarrero Funeral Home, where we prepare the wake. The documentation and the burial at San José are on us. Basic cremation from €2,495 and burial from €1,795, at a fixed price and in writing, and we do not charge a call-out fee for serving the neighbourhood. Phone: 950 79 43 32.

Serving Las Trincheras costs the same as serving any other street in the city of Almería: there is no supplement for coming to the neighbourhood, nor for doing so at four in the morning. What each package includes is given in writing, and any addition —wreath, obituary notice, extra cars— is approved before being contracted.

A death at home leaves the family at a standstill, unsure who to call first. We arrive, check that the medical certificate is in order, prepare your relative in the room and go down the stairs or the lift as discreetly as possible. We then transfer to the funeral home and get on with the paperwork.

Because when a death happens at home, what is most appreciated is that someone arrives quickly and knows what to do: we take care of the collection carefully and without it becoming an event for the whole building. Then comes everything else —a room at Sol de Portocarrero, a ceremony if the family wishes, cremation or burial at the San José Cemetery, certificates and registration at the Civil Registry— and we handle that too. The price is closed in writing before we start: from €2,495 for a basic cremation and from €1,795 for a burial.
